I enjoy the way in which we tackle the challenges within our shareholdings as a team. Whether they are stressful moments or temporary setbacks, we face them as a close-knit team. And ultimately, we also emerge victorious together. As a result, we grow every day. I don’t really believe in mistakes, just wrong expectations and assumptions. It can be very interesting and instructive to analyse them properly afterwards, though.

To set the tone right away, my perfect day would start with a nice business success. Preferably in a project we’ve worked very hard on. It would end with a sporting activity and then a sociable drink or a good dinner.”
